Please note: this historical building is not provided with an elevator, air conditioning and a storage room for bikes or ski equipment.

The Italian Consumer Protection law does not provide for the right of withdrawal on hotel bookings. Nevertheless, we do allow cancellation according to the terms below.
- Free cancellation is excluded during the high season (Christmas, New Year, Carneval, August)
- Outside high season, cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made 13 to 4 days before arrival are charged 70% of the total booking price.
- Bookings cancelled 4 days before arrival or later, as well as no-shows, are charged in full.
These terms apply regardless of whether the apartment is subsequently booked by other guests for the same period or part thereof. Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection law (Leg. Decree 206/2005).

The apartments and suites are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, or earlier by prior arrangement. On departure, please vacate by 10 a.m.
If you require transfer from Brixen train station or a car park, or an airport shuttle service, we will be happy to organise it for you (fees apply).
Inhale the scent of freshly baked bread as soon as you step outside… Bakeries, delicatessens and supermarkets are all nearby.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
Odilia is located in the pedestrian zone of Brixen, so you cannot reach it directly by car.
Our underground parking garage is located approx. 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments and has a height of 2 meters.
We ask you to make a reservation, as we only have a limited number of parking spaces.
We therefore cannot guarantee that a parking space will be available at the time of your booking.
The price is 10 € per day.
Otherwise you can park your vehicle in the Brixen parking garage or in the Stufels parking garage.
Both parking garages are only a 5-minute walk away.
Parking fees:
- Parkhaus Brixen: €2.00/hour. Night tariff: €1.00/hour (from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
- Parkgarage Stufels: €1.50/hour. Night tariff: €0.60/hour (from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
